I recently encountered a frustrating issue with my Galaxy F14 5G after the UI6 updates. Whenever I remove my headphones from the headphone jack, the entire audio on my phone stops working. Despite trying to adjust the volume, the icon indicates that the phone is still connected to headphones.

To resolve this, I have to restart my phone every time, which is inconvenient. I couldn't find an option to uninstall the UI6 updates, and I'm surprised by this unexpected problem from Samsung.

Is anyone else experiencing similar audio issues after the UI6 update on their Galaxy devices? If so, have you found a solution or workaround? I appreciate any insights or suggestions.

As per your concern, we would request you to kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issue.

Clear app cache through Device care:
Settings > Device care > Storage > CLEAN NOW.

Note: To delete files or uninstall apps that you do not use anymore, select a category under USER DATA. Then, tick items to select and tap DELETE or UNINSTALL.

Reset the device Settings: Settings > General Management > Reset settings>Reset all settings to their default.

In case the issue persists, kindly share the report of the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).
