J7 Prime will probably never get any updates in future cause it's a more than 4 years old devices now. So better buy a new device. In Android ecosystem you can't get updates for 6-7 years so buy Apple if you want to use your phone for 6-7 years and want to get updates.
I talked to customer care yesterday they says team is working for new updates. But after June last update my phone camera become blurry and facing heating issue
