Bixby voice features will be available in 2018 for select countries on the Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8+ phones.

Bixby Voice is not completely ready yet, but it's coming soon. Right now all you can do with Bixby is just control your phone through touch. For example, when you are taking a lot of pictures, if you forgot to turn the flash resister off, or want to delete pictures selectively, Bixby would be able to take care of that for you easily with just one touchpad tap.
