Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!
Please perform the following step for Bixby and WiFi calling that are given below:-
For Bixby:- Menu icon Menu icon > Settings > Bixby key then tap Press to open Bixby Home > Press and hold to open Bixby Voice.
For Wi-Fi Calling:- Connect your phone to WiFi > tap Phone > tap the Menu icon > tap Settings > scroll down to the Wi-Fi calling switch and toggle it On.
If this issue still persists send us an error report as soon as you experience the issue preferably within 15 mins in order for us to get the data that we need) using the path: Samsung member app > Get Help > Send Feedback > Error Report
