Bixby does not stop when talking

So normally Ok Bixby works fine but when a call comes or when it starts reading messages/temperature, saying hey bixby does not work. I have to go and press cancel button. 

Has anyone faced a similar issue?

all I know is Bixby is I.dtio no one likes to use it

yes. i too don't use it much but still wanted to know if this is the behaviour with all phones.
