I've bought Samsung galaxy m20 on February 8th and my phone touch is not working within 3weeks for that i have to lock and unlock phone after 1minute then only touch is working after a few minutes again it happens again the touch is not working please help me i hate this lot please do something and fix my problem what should I do guide me

Do a interactive check for touch in this Samsung memebers app. If it shows a problem or the problem persists contact the nearest Samsung care shop.

i tried that it shows the touch screen is normal but then also i have facing that issue
