can't we set the shutter speed in samsung m31?

I am not seeing an option to set up the camera shutter speed. Can someone please advise.

Don't think so..this option is only available with devices having full pro mode..

Did you update your phone to one ui 2.1? If not then update it. Then
Open Camera
Go to more
Click on Pro
Below you'll see many options like iso- white balance - shutterspeed control- Contrast adjustment- Exposer level
Click on shutterspeed.

I have fully updated my phone (samsung m31) but then also there is no shutter speed option
