Hi there,

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the ongoing issues with my Samsung TV 65 inches, purchased 6 months ago. For the past month, I have faced a persistent problem that the Samsung Service Centre has been unable to resolve.

Despite repeated attempts to contact Premium Support, the Service Head India, and even raising the issue on Twitter, writing to the CEO, I have received no resolution. My TV remains unusable for over 30 days, despite being under warranty. This lack of response and support is unacceptable.

I deeply regret my decision to purchase a Samsung TV, given the pathetic after-sales experience. Please advise how to navigate through this.
