Very very poor network reception on flagship phone s25 ultra

Hello Samsung Team,

I am having very poor network reception on my s25 ultra...not expected a flagship phone has this bad hardware capability..it's like you people cheating consumers..in many places I noticed network on s25 shows very weak but same time my other cheap Chinese phone shows good network coverage for same service provider 


Is this a known issue to you guys and anything can be done using software update to improve the experience

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and wait for next update may be fix it by Samsung team soon. Have you ever tried samsung support my friend ..pathetic and support team is helpless people for all issue only answer they have visit service center ..they don't know know what is issue mean and what customer is talking...they have templated answer they keep pasting 2-3 times then tell you visit service center job done

Could be due to carrier signal strength.
Check same sim in different phone. Preferably metal built to get better idea

Tried same sim on realme pro have better reception ..expecting premium phones have better hw and network coverage but sadly this is not the case
