Hello i just bought s24 ultra on 22_06_2024


I am not using any case and cover , because i am seeing from side panels of my phone the pain is peeling off i have already spoken to samsung cafe store people from where i purchased its in HSR LAYOUT they informed me to visit service cente which i did on 29th of july i went and infromed the issue they told is cosmetic issue they said they will speak to higher team
And still i am waiting for the revert
I am frustrated because its being 1 month i am using phone i am regretting now because it seems i have purchase the phone long time its looks dull
Its all about my money i paid 1,18000/- and its not worth it the phone is good but this shouldnt have happen i need some help
