OS upgrade availability for my note 20 ultra

When I purchased note 20 ultra, I was told I would get 4 Os upgrade for flagship phones.now it's mentioned in many places that note 20 ultra won't receive 4th upgrade.i received only 3 updates from Android 10 to Android 13

Can I get help on this?

4 os update policy was announced after launch of S 21 series so S 20 and note20 won't come on that policy in fall 2021 it was announced
