Internet Issue on Galaxy S23 after Recent Update

Hi,
I’m facing serious internet issues on my Galaxy S23 after the recent software update. Both Wi-Fi and mobile data (SIM network) are not working properly — the connection keeps dropping, and browsing/streaming has become very slow and unstable.

Before the update, everything was fine, so I believe this problem started only after the latest update. I have already tried basic troubleshooting like restarting the phone, resetting network settings, and switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data, but the issue still continues.

Is anyone else facing the same problem after the update? Please suggest any solution or fix for this issue.

To share the log file: Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.

Note: To ensure relevant log information is included in the error report, submit the report within 3 minutes of encountering the bug or error, and do not terminate (swipe away) the Samsung Members application until you are notified that the report has been sent. This can take up to 5 minutes.
