I have two Samsung laptop of 1 month old and it is automatically broken, and there is no support from Samsung. They have said it was physical damage. How a physical damage can happen to same two laptop at same time.





There is more post in reddit also, but they are not even concerning about it

I have already raised a ticket, and they assigned a technical support to me aftet that they charged 30,000 for each laptop
I have bought it for nearly 2 lakhs for our college purpose in emi😭😭and now they charging 30k for the incident which happened automatically
