Ok guys here is the update on my beta version issue. 
As suggested by these folks i went to service centre in vega city mall bangalore. After telling him my issue the support staff was like WE CUSTOMER DO NOT KNOW HOW TO USE DEVICE THIS IS WHAT THEY TOLD ME and and to my surprise listen to this one carefully he said opting for beta version will void your warranty. This is what he said i went on Sunday 10Nov. You can hear him say in CCTV footage. There was no intention from anyone to help me and solve the issue. I mean how are you even guys operating is there any quality check which is happening. 
P.S. i am running after Samsung for more then 6months now guys but not even a single help.
Never got frustrated with any brands like this in life.

I've been a ardent Samsung user with last 3 mobiles in S and Z series and tabs and watches. I too feel Samsung offlate does not make you feel welcome. Added to this things like these makes people want to move to other brands. Not sure if this is what they intend

Further update guys this is the **bleep** revert their customer support teams has sent. So they want me to go to Samsung service centre again so that they can humiliate me again. I mean what the actual **bleep** its like im kinda stuck in sci fi movie 😂 i complain they ask me to go service centre, support centre folks dont have a **bleep** clue on beta version or the **bleep** going on. I mean what the actual **bleep** is happening here. Done with this. 1731517245495.jpg

How many times do i visit service centre. I mean have u even guys told your support folks about beta version. I mean how can they have 0 knowledge on it and on top of it gives false information 😂

Almost 1lalkh spent (1200 dollars device) and guess what not getting any update even the general security updates have stopped coming from oct 2023, bluetooth hangs for 2 minutes everytime i on it. Entire phone gets hangged for couple of minutes if i turn on flight mode. Camera is pathetic no updates how will it get better. Running in beta version from almost a year tried samsung switch pc version went to service centre but couldnt roll back to the official version. I mean what the **bleep**.

Further update guys -
Again i got a call from customer support team.
Firstly they never acknowledged my issue they were more worried on verifying if i actually went to service centre or not he literally asked me pincode of the area , name of the service centre (i wonder what else will be the name instead of Samsung centre). This all was asked even though i already provided the details. And with no surprise he told me there is no Samsung centre in that area and in that mall. (Name of the mall - Vega city mall, Samsung experience world ) im attaching the screenshot of the google search . I wonder how he said he couldnt find any in that area.
Ok after that he said something in his own mind and when i asked him what about my issue. Standard answer "Please visit samsung service centre" how many times for god sake will u guys say this. How many times will i go there and end up coming frustrated cos they donot have any idea. This will be my 4th time going to centre now. I am willing to go to service centre again but give an assurance my problem will be solved i will be assigned to a support staff who knows that issue you guys give me designated time , place and person with whom to coordinate in centre i am happy to visit again. Just get done with this issue i have learned my lesson from u guys just fix the device and will never see u again.1731579736604.jpg
