Is it really possible? The camera cutout is in-built and can't be made invisible. The display will be full but the punch hole will still be visible. We don't have under-display cutouts at this moment for the Bar phones.
I am not saying to keep the display full. Just make the upper bar black and keep the battry, network and time information on top. The screen on the sides and top of the camera will be black so it will consume less battery and look more cool if the corners are rounded.
