This laptop has a screen that's not working for no reason The biggest issue in this laptop is the screen breaking without any reason which leaves cracks on the screen, there is no physical damage and the laptop has also not been dropped, yet Samsung does not accept its mistake, I researched it on Google and found that this problem is common among people.

Yes. All laptops get heated up based on the usage. We shouldn't close the screen immediately after logging out. We have to allow the laptop to cool and then we can close it.

What you mean to say is that after the laptop shutdown, we have to let the screen cool down for some time and then close the screen lid, this can reduce the chances of the screen breaking.

First point, you have to hold the laptop from any one side of the hinges and always let it cool before closing the screen. And always open from the center and not from the corner
