This laptop has a screen that's not working for no reason The biggest issue in this laptop is the screen breaking without any reason which leaves cracks on the screen, there is no physical damage and the laptop has also not been dropped, yet Samsung does not accept its mistake, I researched it on Google and found that this problem is common among people. 

Don't buy it even by mistake, you will regret it later, my job was to make you aware, then if you buy it, it will be a foolish thing.

I actually bought book 4 pro 360 and it's looks nice. The problem is I'm getting intermittent touch issue with trackpad and heating. Otherwise it's nice

Last month. No screen cracking. The main issue is that we shouldn't close the laptop immediately after we log off. We should wait for a few minutes to allow the heat to dissipate.

Yes, Service person only told this. Because of the heat only the screen getting cracked and another reason keeping books or other items on top of the laptop
