This laptop has a screen that's not working for no reason The biggest issue in this laptop is the screen breaking without any reason which leaves cracks on the screen, there is no physical damage and the laptop has also not been dropped, yet Samsung does not accept its mistake, I researched it on Google and found that this problem is common among people. 
Don't buy it even by mistake, you will regret it later, my job was to make you aware, then if you buy it, it will be a foolish thing.

It is very risky to buy it because people are afraid of the screen breaking issue and avoid buying it, because after spending so much money to buy it, people lose faith in that product after facing such problem.

It generates a lot of heat even during normal use and this is why issues like screen cracking and touchpad not working properly occur. I cannot praise and trust the quality of Samsung.

I experienced the same issue with my laptop. Out of nowhere, a break appeared on the screen. It’s especially heart breaking because I bought the laptop in February this year and have only used it for a couple of months.

Samsung keeps insisting that it’s due to mishandling or a customer issue. However, the inspection technician who visited my place mentioned there were no signs of mishandling. He even tried to feel the break on the surface of the screen but couldn’t detect anything, indicating that the break is internal and likely a manufacturing defect.

We need to raise our voices against Samsung’s adamant approach of blaming customers for such issues.

Money doesn’t grow on trees, so we can’t keep investing in a company when the fault lies within their product itself.20240801_160617 (1).jpg

You are right, money does not grow on trees. We should take action against Samsung for such issues because despite the product being under warranty, Samsung does not accept such defective issues and charges for it by saying that it is the customer's fault. This is the company's business of looting people. Seeing such issues, the trust on its products has been lost.
