Always OnI experienced the same issue with my laptop. Out of nowhere, a break appeared on the screen. It’s especially heart breaking because I bought the laptop in February this year and have only used it for a couple of months.
Samsung keeps insisting that it’s due to mishandling or a customer issue. However, the inspection technician who visited my place mentioned there were no signs of mishandling. He even tried to feel the break on the surface of the screen but couldn’t detect anything, indicating that the break is internal and likely a manufacturing defect.
We need to raise our voices against Samsung’s adamant approach of blaming customers for such issues.
Money doesn’t grow on trees, so we can’t keep investing in a company when the fault lies within their product itself.
