My friend buy Galaxy Book 4 pro 360 from Samsung Shop. He found the seal of the package broken from inside and the screen of his laptop was completely damaged. When he tried to return it, his item was not being returned. Samsung is cheating people in a big way. I also thought of buying this laptop from Samsung Shop, but after seeing this, my trust is broken. Now I will never trust Samsung Shop. This is a big scam. Samsung sent a damaged laptop.
