Usually downgrading your OS is not recommended nor is it officially supported by Samsung. It's very difficult and reserved for technicians and the are plenty of risks

So I'd say scratch that

What you can do is
Wipe the Cache Partition

A system cache cleanup can resolve many post-update stability and performance issues without losing your personal data.

Power Off your phone. Press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons simultaneously. When the Android logo appears, release the buttons to enter Recovery Mode. Use the Volume Down button to navigate to "Wipe cache partition" and select it with the Power button. Do not select "Wipe data/factory reset" Select "Yes" to confirm. Once complete, select "Reboot system now

There might be improvements
