I do like the new Samsung health update. But the Body Scale MI Smart 2 is listed on the new update. When I search add device's it picks up MI Smart Scale 2 but then it circle around and do nothing. Hope Samsung will fix it as I don't want to move over to xiaomi smart device (phone)
Contact Samsung by opening the Members app, go to Support on the bottom right corner and scroll untill you see Error Report. Click on it and follow the steps (Choose Application in the list)
Thanks, it's working now 100% can't wait for my new Samsung Galaxy ultra watch. The Samsung health app is now a game changer. The new update is mutch better and clean look. I'm looking forward to the new Samsung ultra when it launched. We'll done Samsung. Still a happy customer
Hi yes is working 100%. Not sure what the issue was the day I try to connect it. The next it was connect and working. I do have the latest Samsung health version on my ultra 23. I almost moved over to Apple devices and accessories. Samsung still has a long way to get it's health app in order with all the health and gym products. For now all my equipment is connected and working with Samsung health. Though I don't think I will upgrade to the Samsung new devices. I will probably move over to Apple next year with there new releases.
