One UI 8.5 is expected to debut in stable form with the upcoming Galaxy S26 series launch, likely around February–March 2026. That’s when devices shipping with the S26 will have One UI 8.5 out of the box. After that mid range and budget phones will receive the stable update. Dates are not confirmed yet. Samsung is still testing for most budget phones and mid range phone. Will probably receive the update months after that. So maybe mid year or later.
