Just tap on the (App sound settings) and tap on any app that appears then tap on "Reset this app to default settings" and your problem is solved 😀 😊

Make sure you're using headphones or a supported Bluetooth device. Dolby Atmos only works when one is connected. Also, check if Battery Saver or Power Saving mode is off—it can disable sound features

Have you tried turning off adapt sound, as it has its presets based on the age group you selected?
