Disabling Multi-window

Is there's a way of disabling multi-window apps "feature" when recents button is pressed. With this window, there's no option for 3 dots.

Hi, malian if you move the entire separator up or down, you will switch to full-screen mode and exit the Multi Window function.

Hi Maps_sam07, the window is not permanent. I am just wondering if there's a toggle I can turn off so it dont appear every time I press recents key. Thank you.
