Got updated one ui 7

Hi i bought s23 ultra...but i didnt get any offer on ear buds or watch...can sum 1 help me out

I think there is sum prob in galaxy store app...whenever i use the app to update the apps wich i have installed it also shows the update available for the apps which i have uninstalled...i went to the samsung gallery for the same but got no results.....

Has any 1 bought it...if u have plzz let me knw
