After a recent software update, a white line appeared on the display — an issue that did not exist before and seems to be directly triggered by the update itself.
It's a horrible state of affairs here. Maybe this is what we can expect after being a loyal customer of Samsung. It's sad that a software update damages the display which is known issue to Samsung and still they don't provide justification here.
I got white line after Software update this Monday and I do not agree that this policy should be restricted to 3 years window as alleged. If this has come after pushed update, Samsung should answer.
