Same thing is happening with my Book 5 360 purchased from BKC store, Mumbai. I pre-booked it only to get into this. And the store doesn't have any clue. Asked me to get in touch with Customer Support. -_-

Did that 3 days back. Phone started restarting again!

I feel Software issue. I replaced the motherboard at Service center. Still facing same issue
