I placed my order for my phone before the end of March... Due to the lack of stock I only received it in April... Regardless... The promo was extended due to the stock issues... I purchased a ultra and should have gotten a pro set

I've emailed... No response.... I've called 5 days in a row... Held on for 10mins per call... No answer... I've given up

I received live buds as well.... Why...? I thought we getting the pro
