I think you need to disable touch interactions in Settings›Sounds and vibration›System sound›Touch interactions.

Hi MickeyA, kindly find the below steps to turn of the shutter sound:

1. The Camera Settings Method:

>Open the Camera app.

>Tap the Settings (gear icon) in the top-left corner.

>Scroll down to find Shutter sound.

>Toggle the switch to Off.

Please try and advise if this works for your device.
