watch 3 samsung cheating the customers of India

Before purchasing the samsung. Com assured that it can measure ECG and Blood pressure. Now they are telling only watch 5,6 will support. Not 4 and watch 3. This is really cheating.. I am not going to buy any samsung product hereafter.
