serious issue with Samsung Galaxy watch

Every after one or two month my galaxy watch don't connect with my phone, while connecting it gives my watch a popup to reset the watch for connecting,  it needs to reset my watch inorder to connect it with my mobile.

This is very bad i need to install all my apps and backup again after every 2month. Please fix these issue samsung.
