problem in buds pro

I just bought buds pro. When I keep the buds back in the charging case and shut the lid, one bud stops working but the left bud and the charging case continue to be on with the result that there is no sound of the media in the phone.

Any solution?

Charge it properly. Once try to connect it with another device.
