buds live

The charging pins present in the buds live case pops out due to which I am in able to charge ...did any of you guys  face similar issue , no physical damage , hope this is covered under warranty

Mines the same. yaa they pop out. are you sure you are inserting the buds properly.

plz visit your nearest service center..hope its under warranty will solve .plz mark as solution if u find it useful thanks ,

As seen in the pic, the right pins are somehow damaged, their alignment is different (slightly bent).

Give a hit in the service centre, hope they fix it.

If satisfied, click on 3 dots and accept it as a solution.

I did visit , they checked the device and raised a Q and A , they have checked and said no physical damage but not sure weather this covers under warranty, which I do not understand ...
