Wrist Detection Not Working After One UI 6 Watch Update (Galaxy Watch 4 Classic)

After updating to One UI 6 Watch, my Galaxy Watch 4 Classic LTE is no longer detecting my wrist properly. I already tried resetting the watch, but the issue persists.

Has anyone else faced this problem? Any possible fixes?

1. Press and Hold the home button and back button for some time until it turns off and shows Samsung rebooting.

2. Then click multiple times on the home button.

3. Then it shows some options. Click on home button and go to the recovery option. Then press and hold the home button.

4. It will take you turn on another page. Where you need to use the back button to go down to the cache partition and click home button to select then click back button to select yes. Then click home button for OK. After that, click recovery mode the watch will restart not reset and it will work spot again

Turn off the wrist detection. Then clear App cache .including Settings App. After that clear cache partition and restart

Then turn on the wrist detection again
