Why is Samsung not providing one ui 6 updates for Watch 4 lte ?

All the watches have received the One UI 6 update but Samsung Watch 4 Classic has not received it. Samsung is delaying the update a lot this time.

Why is Samsung being so discriminating in providing updates?
