Why does the voice in the galaxy buds sound so robotic?

The voices anouncing notifications in my Galaxy Buds Live sounds horribly robotic. Wish it sounded like like Bixby's voice (especially Stephanie's).

I love having books and notifications being read to me by these system voices, but they honestly sound robotic.
