1.Update your watch with latest software update available weighing around 12mb 2. Download Samsung health monitor app either through watch (open samsung health monitor app on watch and click on open in phone, it will redirect you to galaxy store for installation) or Download directly from Galaxy store 3. Open SHM app on phone, give permission of connection with Samsung health. It will automatically fill your existing user data 4. Calibrate BP 3 times through SHM phone app using physical BP monitoring device. After that you can easily check BP using watch directly. 5. For ECG there is no need to calibrate but you can directly measure it following instructions on watch.
