I install the November Patch

I update the Galaxy buds app.

Now: 

The buds volume got wayy too fainter than it was before and they were not that loud with their tiny drivers anyway.

Update: It happens after a call is received on the buds while music playback is on , The music resumes playback at a much lower level even with volume at full.
