From my personal experience, I haven’t faced any issues swimming with my Galaxy Watch. It’s handled water quite well so far. That said, after a few recent swims, I’ve learned a few simple but important things. Some of you might already know these, but for anyone new to it, here are a few helpful tips:

1. Avoid swimming when your watch is turned off or about to shut down.
If the watch isn't on, its water protection features won’t work properly.

2. Use it in pools rather than in the sea whenever possible.
Saltwater can be more damaging than pool water. If it does get exposed to saltwater, rinse it with fresh water afterward.

3. Always turn on Water Lock mode before going into the water.
This helps prevent accidental touches and activates the water ejection feature afterward.

These small steps can really help extend the life of your watch when using it in water. Let me know if you’ve noticed anything else or have other tips to add.
