Recently, Samsung released a new update for the Galaxy Watch 4 and Galaxy Watch 4 Classic. Although the new update improves the performance and stability of your device, this time it is just the opposite, the new update is not allowing Galaxy Watch 4 to turn on at all because it brought issues.

According to reports (via SAMMOBILE), some Galaxy Watch 4 series users are unable to reboot their watch after installing the new update. Users who have updated their Galaxy Watch 4 to version R8xxXXU1GVI3 are facing this issue.

Although not all users are facing this problem on their Galaxy Watch 4 and Galaxy Watch 4 Classic, still a group of people is unable to use their watch due to issues. Users told that they updated their watch to the latest version and when they turned it off, it is not turning on since then.

Do not update your Galaxy Watch 4 until the company officially releases a solution or notice. And if you have updated your watch and it is not turning on then take the support of Samsung Customer Care service.

Most of the complaints on the Samsung community are coming from South Korea, with users from other countries also reporting the issue on Reddit. However, Samsung is already aware of the issue and reveal its solution soon.
