Bought a watch 4. Used it for 3 days. Sensors stopped working. Service center should have replaced the watch. Tried servicing it. 3 times. Motherboard was replaced. Again was asked to replace the Motherboard. Refused service. Asked for replacement. After countless hours of telecon, chats, escalation finally Samsung agreed to replace. Bought 1.5 months back, used for 3 days still waiting on the replacement. Samsung partner makes it look like a huge favor. 

Any guesses on how long I should continue to wait for a replacement....

Cant samsung revamp this whole experience
