Service delay

My name is Ananthu and I bought  Galaxy buds 2 last year October 16 th 

And in March I am facing some issues with the bud. And I go to the service centre in Kozhikode 

On March 12 they take by buds in and said you will get a replacement soon 

 And now it's April 9 th it's around a month

I didn't get replacement 

Worst experience .... I bought it for 11899 Rs

And I can even use those 

Its not **bleep** I have purchase bill , receipt from service centre
