Large number of Galaxy Watch4 users reported that their smartwatch isn’t turning on following the recent firmware update. It made the wearable device totally unusable for users. Well, Samsung has now acknowledged the Galaxy Watch 4 ‘not turning on’ issue and halted the VI3 update rollout.

According to Samsung UAE, the company is aware that a limited number of Galaxy Watch 4 lineup smartwatches are not turning on following a recent software (VI3) update. Seeing the reports and feedback, the rollout of the VI3 update has halted and new software will be pushed shortly.
