I've received my buds today.😁 Came after a month of redeeming. I am super loving it and fits perfectly in my ears👌Sound is great, doesn't hurt the ear drums.🤭

Call them directly, and soon after that they will call you to know the color you would like. Just keep on calling, eventually after a month or so you will get it,provided that you claimed in time,send them a pdf of your proof of purchase, before the deadline,and that the pdf scan is clear,and afterwards you have received the confirmation email and did all of this with the members app on the pnone that comes with the promo
