I was struggling to put through my claim as when I registered my members account my birthdate had been recorded as 2012 and I was rejected as being under 18. I managed to change this on the Samsung website only to find there is an expiry date? The retailer in Cape Town did not inform me that there is a time limit as the global website states it must be within 60 days of purchase? It's only been two weeks?
It looks like from the number of queries communication isn't clear or free gifts are used as a marketing campaign only to leave consumers disappointed.
Yes the same thing happens to me I was just one day the promo exp on the 20th I ordered my phone one month they called me in ont he 21 but I spoke to the Samsung guy at the telkom store who promised me my ear pods and one year screen protector and the day I collected my phone the guy disappeared the manager didn't want to help me so I lost out I tried contacting Samsung ber disappointed with them as well
