I've received my buds today.😁 Came after a month of redeeming. I am super loving it and fits perfectly in my ears👌Sound is great, doesn't hurt the ear drums.🤭

I think you can only claim them if you purchased your phone before the 30th of April. And you have until the 15th of May to do so. There should be a link to that form somewhere in this app, just search for ear buds live promo claim

Yes that's true it's somewhere on the tabs at the top of the page,but you must have your new device first and claim on that particular device

Almost a year and still did not receive mine. Spend more money on phoning and enquiring. Worst service ever¡!!

Hi I claimed my buds 4th April. I have a refence number but no way to track my claim. Custimer care directs me to promotions...The promotions number is never answered and my emails haven't been answered either. Worst service ever

Look samsung up on the internet for their phone number,call them directly, the number is also on your members app,this seemed to help me on both occasions when claiming and following up
