Samsung Pay Plug In Stuck Forever in Check Availability.

Hi,

I just bought a Samsung Watch 4 Classic yesterday, I am having difficulty in setting up the Samsung Pay as the plug in is stuck on checking availability page for a long time and is not proceeding further. I have Samsung Pay successfully working on my mobile phone but I cannot get it to work on the watch due to this issue. Any help is appreciated.

Make sure u update samsung pay in ur watch sometimes that could be the issue i had similer issue with my watch but i somehow worked my way through it just to uninstall it and reinstall it check eacth plugin update it

Nope, it updated the plugin but still no luck... is it due to my region?

Hi,

 

Kindly note that if you're located in Kuwait, the Samsung pay app is not supported on the watch in Kuwait.

The eligibility of this app on the watch depends on the region, you may try to reset the watch from the Samsung wearable app > about watch > reset watch.

( But make sure to save backups for the details before because the reset will delete all the saved things).

If the issue still exists after all these steps, please submit an error report to the technical team via the Samsung Members app > get help page > error reports section. 

Choose one of the categories, and type the issue that you're facing to them, but make sure to send your device's logs. 

To send the device logs, please follow the below:

Press and hold Samsung members Icon > Then tap on Error reports > Select the category of your report > Make sure that "Send Log Data" is selected to help resolve your inquiry> Describe your problem in detail> Change the frequency to whatever you prefer > Then send it.

I am not able to open Samsung Pay in my mobile phones. I stuck with the same issue. After open the app, its showing checking availability and a blue bar are continuously running. But no progress to add my card.

Same here. Samsung A52. All android updates installed. No luck. The blue bar of death.
