Hello everyone, 

Currently i am using samsung galaxy j7 pro along with samsung level U. I dont know why my device is disconnecting with level U and reconnecting frequently. 

Can anyone helpout to resolve this porblem.

Try using it with another device,if it stays connected, then the problem is with your phone. So, just remove it bluetooth connection from your device or forget it and restart your device and again add it.

If, however it doesn't stay connected to any device like with the phone, then there might be some problem with the headset.
or
Try this
Go to settings
scroll down to applications
click at 3 dots
select show system apps
scroll down to the bluetooth
select it
close it forcefully
clear cache/data
select ok
restart your device and try again
or
just reset network settings (inside general management settings)
restart your device and now try
or
wipe cache partion..
or
last option- visit service center
