Samsung Health Monitor is not working in Bahrain. There is no point of owning a watch 3, watch 4 or watch 5. I have a watch 3 and watch 4 and am planning to switch if this cannot be resolved.

It is very strange, in UAE it is work. Samsung gulf should provide the app for all gulf countries
