I have pre ordered the Galaxy watch Ultra in the samsung shop app cause I thought if I pre order online I will received the device early but the watch was available in the stores on 24th but I received mine on 26th so its not good to pre order online its better to do it in the stores. Also, after using for a week my watch has scratches in the display so Its not a good screen and battery life is bad. Before this I was using Watch 4 for more than 2yrs and that watch I need to charge every night but the watch ultra is almost having the same battery life I need to charge it everyday as well. If your planning to buy just wait for the Ultra 2. This is not worth it 2499Aed.

Re order speed: my guess is that some stores could have had stock pre-allocations, meanwhile, online orders got backed-up.

Re scratches: I recommend to always use a screen protector when you can/if available. "The screen is everything"

Yea I just didn't expect it to get scratches so soon as its marketed as for heavy duty.

Yea I think its better to wait for sometime when they can fix all of the issues and for sure price will drop after few months.

I pre-ordered the Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra and some accessories on July 11. My order, which was delayed, is scheduled to arrive today or tomorrow. However, I've been informed that a watch band included in my order is missing. I contacted Samsung's customer support via WhatsApp, and they assured me that the issue would be escalated and that I would receive a voucher via email. Unfortunately, I have not received any updates or the promised voucher. To avail the voucher, I need to purchase another product, which is rather disappointing. I am seeking assistance to resolve this matter promptly.

I didn't expect this from Samsung. I have been using samsung devices since Note 2. The customer service in the stores are great specially here in dubai but I hope they make the Online service as good as well. Praying for you to get your watch soon brother.
